We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Here's how refunds work for the PHASE Into Retirement assessment.
The short version
If you haven't started the assessment, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once you've started or completed the assessment, the purchase is final.
How it works
- Haven't started yet? Email support@purposenext.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll process a full refund and revoke your access.
- Started but not finished?The assessment is yours to complete on your own time — no refund once you've begun, but your access remains active for the full 12-month window.
- Completed and got your report? The purchase is final.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something feels off, please reach out by email first — we respond quickly and prefer to resolve things directly. If a dispute is filed with your card issuer, we'll cooperate fully with the bank's investigation.
